Alice brings 27 years of experience in firearms industry to the table.

Her professional background is associated with the growth of CZ-USA and Dan Wesson Firearms in the US. She started serving CZ as the Export Sales Manager at Ceska zbrojovka, Czech Republic in 1995. She relocated to the United States and became VP & Treasurer of CZ-USA in 1998. In 2004 she was appointed President & CEO of CZ-USA where she stayed till 8/2022.

Under her leadership the company grew from zero to a multimillion dollar corporation and CZ brand name solidified its position in the top of firearms manufacturers in the US.

Alice enjoys all shooting sports and is a Master class Sporting Clays shooter. She is a true outdoor woman with love of hiking, biking, fly fishing and hunting. She is a NRA member and supports several organizations promoting conservation, US veterans, outdoor activities and shooting sports.

Sherri brings 22 years of experience in firearms industry to the table.

She was National Sales Manager for CZ-USA from 2000-2013 and then was promoted to Vice President of Sales for CZ-USA from 2013-2022.

She worked with the Executive Team to build strategies and programs that advanced the company to a multimillion dollar company.

She knows what it takes to build a company from the ground up and she has built valuable friendships along the way.

Sherri enjoys fishing, hunting, riding UTV’s, camping and spending time with her large family.
